Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add the tortellini and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the tortellini and set aside but not for long, as the cooked tortellini might stick together.
Tip! Make sure to heat the sauce while the pasta is cooking.
Heat a pot on medium heat, add sugo ai peperoni and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Turn off heat and stir in tortellini and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Pick basil leaves, discarding stems. Divide tortellini between bowls and garnish with parmesan and basil. Enjoy!
