This pizza is both decadent and delicious with silky prosciutto, peppery rocket and the crunch of walnuts with creamy blue cheese. Drizzle a little honey over and you have an incredible flavour combination with very little effort. If you're not a fan of blue cheese, this is still just as tasty without it.

Heat oven to 220 degrees. Peel garlic and cut in half. Place pizza base on a baking tray and rub with cut garlic clove to impart flavour. Spread with pizza cheese. Sprinkle walnuts evenly over the pizza and bake for 10-12 minutes once oven is hot. The base should be crispy and cheese golden and bubbly.
Tip! If using a pizza stone, heat it now.
Lightly dress the rocket.
Lay slices of prosciutto over the cooked pizza, crumble over the blue cheese and drizzle with honey.
Tip! If you prefer cooked prosciutto you can add it at step 1 instead.
Slice pizza and serve topped with rocket or on the side if preferred.
