Heat a griddle pan or BBQ. Add a little oil to the surface of the kofta to prevent sticking. Cook for 10-12 minutes, rotating often to attain even cooking.
Pick and chop flatleaf parsley leaves, discarding stems. Cut lime into wedges. In a small bowl add coleslaw mix, parsley, a squeeze of lime juice and salt and pepper. Mix together and adjust seasoning to taste.
Warm the pitas in the microwave for 15 seconds on high, or in a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Cut pita into wedges and serve along side koftas and coleslaw. Drizzle over tzatziki and garnish with any remaining lime.
