It's two of your favourites combined - cheeseburgers and pizza! This could be the ultimate cheat night Friday dinner, after a full on week of adulting. Ground beef and gooey cheese topped with sliced pickles and mayo - a tiny hint of veg with some cherry tomatoes on top. Pretty sure the whole family will be on board with pizza night this week.

Get startedPreheat Oven & Cook Mince:
Preheat oven to 250°C until nice and hot. In a large non-stick pan, heat olive oil on low. Add the beef mince and garlic/onion powder. Cook, frequently breaking the meat apart for 3-4 minutes, or until browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Prepare Base:
Spread pizza sauce over base and top with grated pizza cheese, with more on the outer edges than in the centre.
Add Toppings:
Cut bacon into 3cm pieces. Transfer cooked mince to the pizza base, spreading evenly and top with bacon pieces. Add pizza to the oven, cook for 10-12 minutes until the bases is browned and crisp.
You Plate It:
Meanwhile; slice cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice pickles. As the pizza comes out the oven, add pickles, cherry tomatoes and drizzle with mayo (to your liking). Cut into wedges and enjoy immediately.
